“we exist for God, God does not exist for us”

What a powerful statement! We think God is here for us…that He exists to save us, make us happy, take care of us, do things for us. NO… “we exist for God, God does not exist for us.” Mark Driscoll makes that statement in a powerful post on what it means to glorify God.

What does it mean to glorify God? How do we glorify Him? What if I don’t really want to? Why is it so important? We have a choice and in the end, it isn’t much of a choice really. Check out Driscoll’s words HERE. Read the whole thing…it’s worth it.
