This Sunday @ The Ridge

Don’t miss tomorrow @ The Ridge! We are wrapping up our DRIVE: The Ultimate Roadtrip series with a very special worship gathering. We’ve been learning from God’s Word about what it means for Jesus to be LORD in in our lives. We “say” He’s Lord, but do we understand it?

Tomorrow is going to be all about ACKNOWLEDGING Him as Lord…in every aspect of our lives.   That’s what true worship is.  in Romans 12:1-2 the apostle Paul writes:  1Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. 2Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. (emphasis added)

This final part of the DRIVE series is called, “Enjoy the ride!” When we are living our lives acknowledging Him in all things and offering ourselves to the LORD as living sacrifices…as an act of worship…then we will be on the ultimate roadtrip and we certainly will “enjoy the ride”…bumps in the road, detours and all.

We’re going to have a special focus on praise and worship, communion and prayer as the Creative Arts team does some extended music praise. So come to The Ridge tomorrow anticipating something special, because “an attitude of expectancy is the breeding ground for miracles.” See you Sunday at 9:30 or 11:00am!
