		<description>Well, I have to be honest and transparent.  It is sinful, but it feels a little bit good to be someone else&#039;s envy.  This is a change.  Usually I am sinning by envying someone else.  Once again Steve, you have encouraged me, although it may be a little on the unorthodox side of encouragement.  

Seriously, You are the man!  I simply lucked up (I really don&#039;t believe in luck) and ended up on staff at NorthStar and the rest is history.

I am praying for you man and always like to hear what God is doing at the Ridge.
